Work near the rivers may need a Grand River Conservation Authority permit before any excavation. The newer subdivisions off Franklin Boulevard, along the 401 and in north Hespeler are on poured concrete, and the problems there are settlement on graded fill. Permits go through the City of Cambridge, and travel from Kitchener is built into the written quote.
